IEC vs ANSI elbow cable connectors for 36kV voltage class.

I'm working on a project in Canada where an European GIS medium voltage switchgear is provided (voltage class 36kV-38kV) requiring a tee elbow pluggable cable connectors, Elastimold M400TB or equivalent. The maximum system voltage is 29kV (27.6kV nominal).
However, the Elastimold M400TB tee connectors appear to be designed for the IEC world and don't seem to be readily available in NA. Is anyone aware of equivalent connectors for ANSI markets which would fit the the IEC spec switchgear receptacle, be of the same voltage class and is suitable to accept cables manufactures per ANSI/IEEE specs?
Also, trying to identify suitable surge arresters available for ANSI markets which would be piggybacked to the above tee cable connectors. An optimal arrester MCOV is determined to be around 22kV. Thank you.
