MAVR manual

MAVR manual

Dear all,
Does anybody have the manual of the MAVR automatic voltage regulator made by Brush?
Thanks in advance

RE: MAVR manual

I think I have a copy somewhere, but it is quite big to upload. Have you asked Brush at Loughborough for a copy?

The MAVR itself is typically just a component of a larger system: the field is often controlled by a large semi-converter (or pair of semi-converters, 'Auto' and 'Manual') which takes a control signal from the MAVR. The basic MAVR is only capable of a few amps. If you are after the full system manual then you're best talking to Brush because the systems are normally tailored to the machine and customer requirements.

Thanks Scotty, I'll try Brush, even though last time I contacted them I didn't get a very fast respose... smile

RE: MAVR manual

I won't comment... wink

I've found a copy of the file and dumped it on a file host. Not quite as big as I thought.

Thank you very much, Scotty! It's going to be very useful for me. A star for you.

RE: MAVR manual

Not a fast response from Brush, huh?....  Who would'a thought it?
