ASSOCIATE CIVIL ENGINEER CIVIL SERVICE EXAM

ASSOCIATE CIVIL ENGINEER CIVIL SERVICE EXAM

(OP)
Hi Everyone

Does anyone have a suggestion of a study guide or a source of Sample exams or previous solved civil service exams for Associate Civil Engineer Exam. Iam taking the Exam in Suffolk County - NEW YORK STATE.  The exam is going to be in the following areas:

1.Principles and practices of civil engineering;

2.Engineering plans, specifications and estimates;

3.Construction and maintenance of highways, bridges, drainage systems and other related structures;

4.Planning, design and construction of sanitary sewers and sewage treatment plants, including pump stations;

5.Principles of project management, including contracts, contract administration and construction economics;

6.Preparing written material;

7.Supervision.

8. Administrative supervision.

I was looking for study materials online or  a website posting practice exams but I could not find any.

Thanks for your kind help!

RE: ASSOCIATE CIVIL ENGINEER CIVIL SERVICE EXAM

You'll probably have to bite the bullet and $pend $ome money. Use a PE review book. Another idea: See if there are any bookstores in Suffolk County that carry civil service exam books. There are several in NYC for the city exams.
