What sould be Angle of FT taping for Liquid Service

(OP)
Hi,
we are facing a frequent LP leg chock one of our flow transmeter for the service of heavy naphtha line. Exiting angle is almost 45^0 and dirt is settling down in LP leg, due to this problem we can't control precise flow to reformar unit.
my inquiry is about taping point is correct or not?
Thanks
MIANCH

RE: What sould be Angle of FT taping for Liquid Service

For liquid hydrocarbon service my preference is 45 deg up. Mostly to prevent water settling in the legs.
