Is the COE program CWALSHT still available for download somewhere on the web? Thanks.

RE: where to download CWALSHT

I don't know of any pages where you can download the program.  However, I know that you can obtain it by mailing a request along with a blank CD to:

US Army Engineer Research & Development Center
ATTN: CEERD-IE (Case Library, Building 8000)
3909 Halls Ferry Road
Vicksburg, MS  39180-6199

Note that CWALSHT is program X0031.  Since the file are relatively small in relation to a CD, you may want to request several programs from the COE.  A quick search of the above should yield a page listing the programs available.

RE: where to download CWALSHT

Prepaid envelope required?

RE: where to download CWALSHT

No prepaid envelope required.
A list of available programs is provided via:

http://case.wes.army.mil/ProgramList.aspx?var1=4&var2=-1&var3=

Their distribution policy requires that requests for software be sent on Company Letterhead to the address provided previously, and be accompanied by a single blank CD-R to help defray the distribution costs. Documentation that is available for a software title will automatically be included with the requested software.
