RISA Floor to Revit

RISA Floor to Revit

RISA Floor to Revit

(OP)
I'm having some issues with the RISA to Revit transfer. It seems that all my beams and joists when imported into Revit come in at the floor level instead of top of columns. Now, in RISA, it all looks right and are on the right level, etc. The roof deck imports into Revit at the right elevation, but the steel does not. What are we doing wrong?

RE: RISA Floor to Revit

We had some trouble with the RISA-Revit link as well, Our draftsman eventually figured it out. I beleave he contacted RISA and sent them a copy of the floor file and they suggested the changes that were required.

I don't remember exactly what the solution was but I do know that RISA tech support will help you with what you need.
