luminaires over immersion pools (Baptistries

(OP)
My question is: under what conditions and how low can a luminaire be installed over a Baptistry? NEC Article 680.62(F) states "All luminaires used in therapeutic tub areas shall be of the totally enclosed type". I have had other professionals tell me that one can use any fixture at any height (i.e., "do anything you want") if the circuit is GFCI protected. However, I cannot find where code allows this. Any help on interpretation?
