Aspen batchsep / Aspen batch distillation

Hi,
I've 2 questions about this program:
_Why is I use few stages (<7) or a little amout of charge, the simulatione give mi the error of overflow?
_I've to simulate a reactive distillation. I've introduced to the program the reactions happening (using a power law model), like preexponential factor and the activation energy. How is it possible running the simulation, the reaction doesn't work? If the reaction is A->B and I insert in the batch column only the component A, I get in the end only the same component.
Thanks a lot!!
