Corrosive Effects on Linear Defects in dilute nitric acid

(OP)
This may not be the right forum, but does anyone have any experience with linear type defects (incomplete fusion or lack of fusion) in the root of welds in weak nitric acid / weak caustic service in 304L material? I know what the Codes say about this. I'm very clear on the requirements. An NCR has been generated to use "as is" due to low pressure/ low temperature. Please feel free to provide any guidance.

RE: Corrosive Effects on Linear Defects in dilute nitric acid

Definitely wrong place- You want Corrosion Engineering.
