AFT Fathom Question

AFT Fathom Question

AFT Fathom Question

(OP)
Good Afternoon,

I was wondering if anyone would be able to explain how I would model a simple circuit (attached picture) to calculate split flow in AFT.  I don't know which icon is used to drain water to atmosphere.  Can I simplify this in AFT or do I have to include a pump and reservoir, etc?

Thanks,
Josh

RE: AFT Fathom Question

Josh,

The outlet of your pipes could be a pressure node with outlet pressure set at atmospheric pressure. Alternatively you could add a valve node and designate it as an "exit" valve or use the spray discharge.
