SB-171 Table 2 thickness tolerance.

SB-171 Table 2 thickness tolerance.

SB-171 Table 2 thickness tolerance.

I have a question about  note (A) in SB-171 Table 2 thickness tolerance.
Im concerned about note A  When tolerances are specified all plus or all minus double the value given.

My material is .187 thick C61400 from a 48" wide piece.
Correct me if this is wrong
.187 thick  C61400 is 25% greater than value given in table 2, so that makes it .015.
My question is Note A  When tolerances are specified all plus or all minus double the value given.
Where would it be specified all plus or all minus, are the values in table 2 all plus, or all minus, where does note A apply?

RE: SB-171 Table 2 thickness tolerance.

On the purchase order, per SB-171 section 4.1.6. If I was the designer, I would put it on the drawing as well.
