Stormwater Outfall Pipe Extending into Coast

I am currently working on a project where we'll be designing an outfall pipe that will extend 300 feet into the coast. I am wondering if anyone knows of any guidance/technical manuals specifically related to lateral and vertical loads on the pipe.
