SW Error message....help

Hello all,
On my home license of SW2010 SP4.0 when I start up SW I now get the error message "Cannot Initialize SolidWorks Utilities".  I get two of the error boxes on top of each other everytime.  I can cancel them both and move on as normal but I would like to fix it if possible.  Suggestions appreciated.

Go to Tools->Addins and disable SolidWorks Utilities.
