NSF-61 Certified Cement Lining for Steel Pipe

NSF-61 Certified Cement Lining for Steel Pipe

NSF-61 Certified Cement Lining for Steel Pipe

(OP)
Hi All,
I'm working on a project that requires an NSF-61 certified cement lining or coating. Application to meet AWWA C205 standards as well.
Any one know of any products on the market that meet this criteria?
Thanks,

I would contact ACIPCO about your requirements. If they don't have anything to cover your specifications they will give you a source.

Thanks rconner,
I looked into however this NSF certification is site-specific for their pipe and fittings as a whole product, fabricated and cement-lined in their shop. The actual cement material is not available on the market as an NSF-61 product.
I've found others similar.

Another issue is finding a cement mortar lining material that complies with both ANSI/AWWA and NSF-61. I can only find one so far. Apparently it's difficult to locate uncontaminated raw materials.
thanks
