what name of the pump?

what name of the pump?

what name of the pump?

(OP)
Good day sir.
I got the problem with my PUMP. I don't know the name of manufacture or model code of  the pump. But I am sure  this is the piston axis  pump, diameter of piston maybe 25 mm.the number of piston are 9. The inlet port is larger than outlet port. The rotation of pump is clockwise.
The swash plate is control by mean of hydarulic, but I don't know how exact it does. And the situation is:
At first, the pump done well
After, when the pressure is about 50 bar, oil has gone to tank by drain line.not go in the outlet line of the pump. So the pressure gradual decrease.
Please help me to tell the name, code of the pump. And what problem with my pump. Thanks you very much.

RE: what name of the pump?

I'm not sure exactly you are trying to say but sounds like you have a piston pump with some issue.  Sounds like the rings in your pistons have gone bad and are losing compression.  Since you don't know the pump manufacturer, a good bet may be to contact Flowserve.  They have taken over many pump companies over the years and that may be one that they cover or they may be able to tell you who made it.

RE: what name of the pump?

The pump seems to be a pressure and flow compensated hydraulic piston pump. That means at a certain pressure the swash plate moves and changed its angle. By doing this the stroke of the pistons is reduced and so the flow decreases. But in this case the oil is not bypassed to the tank line but the flow is reduced down to zero.

If you are sure that the flow (full flow) is going back to the tank when the pumps exceeds 50 bars, it will be either the pressure relief valve that is set to 50 bar or - as ash9144 suggests - the piston rings are worn.

What brand your pump is? I have absolutely no clue. But companies like Parker, Vickers and Rexroth manufacture such kind of pumps. If you have a distributor of those nearby, ask them for help.

RE: what name of the pump?

I'm not sure this pump's mother would recognize this pump from this photo.  It might help if you posted some photographic shots from other angles as well.

And some particulars regarding what it is connected to or what drives it.

Information is not a bad thing.
