Shining lights

Shining lights

Shining lights

(OP)
Hello,

I'm using Pro/E wildfire 3 very often but haven't done this before.

I would like to design a light which can really shine when I render my window. I assume this should be possible but I don't know how. Does anybody overhere knows how to do this?

Thanks!
Bart

RE: Shining lights

To add lights you can go to View>Model Setup>Lights.  I think you have to have the Photolux rendering plugin though.

I know these light but that isn't exactly what I mean. These are light shining on the model. I want my model to have shining lights, like the lights on a car.

RE: Shining lights

What happens if you place the source at the parts surface? That should at least illuminate the room as it would if it were a light bulb, then you can play with the materials untill you get it to look like it is a bulb.

I'm really not sure though. I don't generally go for pretty, just dimensionally accurate.
