Nozzle Sizing/Evaluation

Nozzle Sizing/Evaluation

Nozzle Sizing/Evaluation

(OP)
Hello All,
I recently started working in a Process Plant which utilizes steam from geothermal brine to generate electricity.
7 Mlbs/hr of brine enters the High Pressure Separator at 340F, 315psia through a 36"line. The vessel has vortex cluster internals to increase the brine/steam separation efficiency.
There is an inline nozzle prior to entering the vessel which aids in separation.I am interested in evaluating the performance of this nozzle but there is no information readily available since the plant is approaching 30years old and documents are missing to say the least.
Can anyone recommend a Standard, Software or Vendor which can assist me in this exercise?
Thank you.
