Swiss snow and wind load map acc. to Eurocode?

Swiss snow and wind load map acc. to Eurocode?

(OP)
Hello,

Can anybody help me to find them?

Thank you in advance

RE: Swiss snow and wind load map acc. to Eurocode?

Again attached is the Altitude-Snow Load Relationships Table. you need to know the exact location, and altitude in Swiss to get the ground snow load.

As for wind load, my understanding is you need to get the wind map annex from individual country, i.e. from Swiss, I don't think EuroCode has wind speed map.

Good luck.

RE: Swiss snow and wind load map acc. to Eurocode?

Hope you get to do some site visits, Switzerland is awesome!

I know here in the US that in some mountain areas local jurisdictions often determine their own snow loads since it is so regional....

RE: Swiss snow and wind load map acc. to Eurocode?

Does Switzerland definately follow the eurocodes?

As they are not actually part of the EU then this is a worthwhile question to ask.
