Need an A-E to evaluate sidewalks and pedestrian traffic

Need an A-E to evaluate sidewalks and pedestrian traffic

(OP)
I am writing a statement of work to contract for an A-E to evaluate sidewalks and pedestrian traffic.  Anyone have experience with this?

RE: Need an A-E to evaluate sidewalks and pedestrian traffic

What type of evaluation are you looking for?  Do you need a condition assessment and maintenance predictions for existing?  Do you need a feasibility and needs assessment for a community?  Do you need pedestrian counts, traffic counts, infrastructure needs, crosswalk assessment, traffic control system assessment with pedestrian emphasis?  Do you need a compatibility assessment with DOT interface?......

You need to offer a bit more information before anyone here can help much.

I would say we require a sidewalk needs assessment and a crosswalk assessment.  We are a small community of about 30,000 and we have a small college here with a lot of student foot traffic and car traffic.  In some areas we do not have sidewalks at all and cross walks are lacking in some areas also.

Thanks for your help.
