Component with angular displacement

Component with angular displacement

(OP)
Hello all,

I have a model which rotates via angular displacements in the UR1,UR2 and UR3 directions all with different profiles of angular displacement.

I planned to do this by the following steps:

1) Creating three seperate "coupling constraints" for UR1,UR2 and UR3 (all with there own reference point RP1,RP2 and RP3 at 0,0,0).

2) Create three seperate angular displacement BC's for UR1,UR2 and UR3 (each with there own amplitudes). Each BC has its own RP (Reference point RP1,RP2 and RP3 all at 0,0,0 - i.e. the centre of rotation).

Is there another way to do this as this step is unable to complete during the analysis run.

Many thanks in advanced.

Does anyone have any input on this, thanks.
