HI All

When I am trying to cut a rectangular slot on a profile part, my cutting tool is removing material outside the boundry as part profile.

1. Jpg pic attache for details,

2 Dia 32 bullnose R6 (rckt inserts)

3 Blank Dia 220mm

4 MCS as selected workpiece,  and part geom,

at First Operation I dont want cut any part profile, Just I want cut a slot to use in operation second for locating pupose.
can any one can give suggestion how to cut

Planarmill - select the boundary curves as part profile. Select the floor. That's about it. No need to select any other geometry.
