I am a new piling designer, I have some queries need to be clarified. please help me

In the working pile loading test, what is the maximum allowable settlement for pile & how could i determine the ultimate pile load capacity from the load-settlement curve according to ASTM?

what is piles length/diameter ratio according to ASTM?

Other then ASTM, Some method that can be use to determine the ultimate from the static loading test such as Davidson, P-Y curve, Chin, Manoppo and Koumoto (Fitting Method by my self) , Mazurkiwics etc...
