DAQ Boards from the ADAC Company

DAQ Boards from the ADAC Company

(OP)
I purchased a data acquisition board from the ADAC company.  The board is a 5516DMA.  Along with the board came software drivers written for LabView.  I am running LabView 5.1.

After loading their software I began to run several example .vi's.  I have confirmed that the software (.ini, .con) is set up correctly by running the example "Easy Al Acq Waves".  This .vi is working OK.  When I try to run "Easy Al Sample Channels" I receive the error 5901 no matter what I do.  I have placed probes on the main .vi's and have found that the .vi "AL_ InitDevice" gives me an error of 401160.  Eventually the .vi "Al_StartDevice gives me the error 5901.  No waveforms are displayed.

Can anyone help to identify what the problem might be?

Thanks

RE: DAQ Boards from the ADAC Company

Maddog,

As you probably know, ADAC is out of business. Do you know of anyone who can repair malfunctioning boards?
