Can anyone please  point  me at some websites I can find the strengh/temperature dependency of 4130 chemistry? I am not sure about the heat treatment condition yet, could be normalized or Q&Ted. But just wonder if any websites I can find some related data. Thanks a lot.

There is an ASM High Temperature Properties of Ferrous Metals handbook.  It has very detailed and accurate information.
