input hydrographs in HEC-HMS

(OP)
Hi Folks.  I'm new to the forum and would really appreciate any advice.

I was wondering if there is a way to input known hydrographs into HEC-HMS?

For example:  I have two ponds in series along the same stream, Pond X and Pond Y (X being upstream of Y).  I have design plans on X which tabulate the outflow hydrograph.  Is there anyway to plug this outflow hydrograph into HEC-HMS, and use it as the inflow hydrograph to Pond Y.  In addition to the outflow from Pond X, there is additional area draining to Y, however I can input the basin data for these areas.

RE: input hydrographs in HEC-HMS

Use a source element, the cup icon with a single down arrow.  Select "Discharge Gage" as the flow method.  Use the Time-Series Data Manager to create a new discharge gage.  For the gage, specify "manual entry", the appropriate units and time interval, and copy-paste the hydrograph into the gage table.  Then, for the source element, select the appropriate gage under the "inflow" tab.
