Help in DOT Cylinder Design

(OP)
I have a container that was made for use in Europe that we are wanting to use in the United States.  The container is made from extruded aluminum with caps welded on each end(see picture).  the reason for the shape is so that it can be used in a small cabinet.  The service pressure is 200 psig.  The two questions I have are:
1.  Is there a DOT standard that could be used to make this cylinder?
2.  What is the minimum volume of a cylinder that is not required to meet the DOT?
