Hi
Im involved on the design of a piping system for a product named DEMELAN is like a soap

any know velocity requerided on pipe to avoid the formation of foam ???

Good luck with this one.  Many "soap-like" products are actually Bingham Plastic fluids that have a non-linear stress-strain relationship.  You get foaming somewhere above the inflection in the stress-strain curve, but how far above is very fluid-specific.  I would talk to the manufacturer unless you are the manufacturer.  If you are the manufacturer I would do a series of experiments to determine the inflection point and the foam point at a range of temperatures.
