I receive "you are critically low on desktop application resources" SW on Win7, 8GB Ram, changed GDIProcessHandleQuota to 25,000, turned off Windows Search, not running excessive applications or file sizes.

32-bit or 64-bit Win 7?

Hopefully you're using 64 bit with that much RAM, because 32 bit I believe still have the 4 GB limit (and Windows 7, while better than vista, still eats a good amount of that).

CPU looks good, only using 0 to 1% of the processor

I got _so_ tired of seeing that damn dialog on XP32.
I had such high hopes for Win7.
