Updating Load in Cell Aspiration

Updating Load in Cell Aspiration

Updating Load in Cell Aspiration

(OP)
Hi all
I am modelling the cell aspiration process. In this process a patch of cell is sucked into a pipette. I have modelled suction as negative pressure which is applied to the area of cell underneath the pipette. The problem is that after some of the cell is sucked into the pipette, a bigger area is exposed to suction and load should be updated. In simple words, load is applied to an area which increase by time and load condition should be updated. Does anyone know how can I update load boundary conditions which are varying with time?
Any help is highly appreciated.
Majid
