can someone explain me the main difference between the standard 31.1 and the ASME SEC I... i´m very confused with them...

Both codes include graphics that clearly define their jurisdiction. Look around page 41 in Sec I and page 2 in B31.1.

There is an overlap of the two codes in regards to Boiler External Piping, where B31.1 has technical jurisdiction while ASME I has administrative.

The main difference between the standard 31.1 and the ASME SEC I is one is about "small and fat and always boiling" (ASME Sec I), and another is about "round and very lo-o-ong" (B31.1).
Now, you won't be confused anymore.
