Ro Waste Reclamation/Reuse

(OP)
I manage a small RODI system that feeds our PW distribution loop. It has a capacity of 4-5 GPM USP PW. My associate and I have been kicking around ideas for how to either get some work out of, or reuse the RO waste stream. We tried a little trial run of using the waste stream as coolant through the jacket of our distribution loop storage tank, but the delta T, and flow rate aren't enough to have much impact. We have considered everything from multiple RO arrays  to using it to flush the building's toilets. Anybody have any novel ideas for getting a little more out of this water stream before sending down the drain?
