Question related to castings used in crushers

(OP)
This is not exactly a mining related question, but associated with equipments used in ore processing. I have been assigned to develop after market sales for crusher castings used in mining process. I request those members who have experience in comparing new metal matrix composite castings with traditional high manganese steel castings. If you could share some of your experiences,I shall be truly grateful. Thanks in anticipation.

ps: My focus is on horizontal shaft impactors and cone crushers, with some minor interest in vertical shaft impactors.

RE: Question related to castings used in crushers

As an application engineer for a manufacturer of jaws and HSIs used in quarry and mine applications I'd be interested
in more information about your company. Email me at
