Leap Bridge Software

(OP)
I have been using this package for 2 weeks now.

I am pretty disappointed with the quality of the program.

The modules have constant bugs, and support is manned by people who don't know anything about bridges or their own program!  It seems that their call center supports tons of software so the guys there don't know much about each program.

RE: Leap Bridge Software

You really have to know the programs in & out.  They have a tendency not to flag any output that is actually overstressed.  There are a lot of little bugs that I have come to find out.  I've always submitted a service ticket (electronically) through them but 95% of the time the repsonse you're going to get is copied directly out of the users manual.  I have found one guy up there that is pretty intelligent of the program and was very helpful, the rest not so much.  I think the problem lies within Bentley itself since they are acquiring so many programs and trying to make them all interact w/ each other.  But thats why we do sanity checks, garbage in = garbage out.....
