AutoCAD 2007 32 bit install on 64 bit computer

AutoCAD 2007 32 bit install on 64 bit computer

(OP)
Howdy,

Can anyone tell me what file to use, to start up an install of AutoCAD 2007 32 bit software on my install CD?  It doesn't auto recognize when I put it into my updated high speed laptop.

Or, can someone also tell me if it will even work on my 64bit Windows 7 computer, before I even try? Is there a link someone can suggest to download a 64 bit version of Autocad 2007?

My client has specific needs.
Thank you in advance for your time!

RE: AutoCAD 2007 32 bit install on 64 bit computer

If you have Windows 7 Professional 64 it should work, it will run as 32 bit from what I understand.

If you have windows 7 home premium, it probably won't work.

I loaded my 32 bit ACAD 2004 on my 64 bit window 7 with no problem.

I don't think you will find a 64bit version of 2007.
Your best bet is to open the CD and run the install or setup program.
