Assistance in sizing XFMR

(OP)
I have attached a sheet detailing the load on a given unit.  Note that there will be two (2) of these units.  In addition, there will be some six (6) 400W flood lights, a PLC, a window unit AC, a couple of 100A distribution panels, etc.

Everything is 480V or less.

I was hoping someone could tell me an appropriate sive (kVA) for the transformer.

Furthermore, any "rule of thumb"...i.e. some "X" number of kVA for "Y" number of Amps, Watts, etc. would be appreciated.

Kilo-Watts/Power Factor = KVA

RE: Assistance in sizing XFMR

The "Running Mode KVA Eq" looks like a good estimate of running load.  Two of these equals 2 x 133 kva = 266 kva. All of the other misc load will run around 20 kva.  A 300 kva 3-phase transformer would handle the running load, but I would chose a 500 kva transformer to handle the running load with ease, and also handle the 125 hp motor startups.
