is any one knows the property of an old steel beam 10B23.5 ?

(OP)
is any one knows the property of an old steel beam 10B23.5 and 24B84.5. I have to do a structural enhancement on a old building, that most of the concrete that covered the steel beam and concrete slab has spalled , and steel beam and reinforcement had been rustic.
I need to know the property of the original beam, in order to analysis the current condition, to deside the method to be used to do structural enhacement. if you have any better idea, let me know. Thanks.

Visit this site and download the shapes database. It provides all the properties of historic beams/shapes:

In my AISC copy of the 'Iron and Steel Beams - 1873 to 1952", three 24B84.5's are listed on page 50, and two 10B23.5's on page 77.  All the properties are listed there.
