LTCC Testing

(OP)
I am looking at some mechanical testing of a pipeline welding procedure.  Part of the qualification programme involves fracture mechanics testing such as CTOD-R or J-R (SENT) tests.  I am familiar with these and the information that they provide.

However there is also reference made to a test with the acronym LTCC, with samples taken from the weld metal and HAZ.  I am not familiar with this test and would appreciate any guidance anyone can give.  Even what LTCC stands for will help!
