Laser drilling aspect ratio and tapering?

Laser drilling aspect ratio and tapering?

Laser drilling aspect ratio and tapering?

(OP)
I'm trying to understand the aspect ratio when laser drilling. I will be using an ND Yag for drilling an entry diameter of 20 microns and I know the hole will get smaller as it drills through about 0.2mm thickness.

How can I calculate what the exit diameter will be?

Thanks,

Ant.
