Contact between two solids

Contact between two solids

(OP)
Hello friends!

I could not found the contact table as the tutorial says, what is the way to make a contact between two solid blocks?

Thanks!

First you need to define your deformable body (Load & BC).

Then, in Analysis>Solution Type, choose Implicit nonlinear (This is sol600).

AFter that: Analysis > Subcase > Subcase parameter > Contact table.

Of course you need to put your deformable bodies in the right load case. Should be as easy as this.

WHen I choose subcase > subcase contact, there is no table contact icon, so the version of my Patran is 2005, I think there was not this option on that time or I have software problem. Anyway, thanks for your help.
