Whereas, the most EQs in my country are from ABB, Siemens,Areva and GE i prefer to choose my choice form these company.
i also find and documents from GEC company that show its training course is very complete.
does anybody have any experience or know good training course?
is there any good suggestion for me?

If we learn from our mistakes I'm getting a great education!
RE: Training Course about Protection and DCS
i do not to learn about relay configuration setting.
i want to learn about detail theory of protection and dcs system or how we desing protection and control system for hv substation ,,which protection is needed and why,,,and ....
for example why we use REF protection for HV and LV sides of power transformer separately .
or is fault of one phase to ground detected if lv side of transformer is delta (not grounded) and CT is being between zigzag trans and delta winding.
or ,,,
or if you read the manual of relays of different relays you find they use different method to detect fault. i want to know which method is better and why,.,
and so on ... :D

Its not so simple.
You need ask your local ABB, Siemens, Areva, GE about courses.
Please see attached program for 2010 in the Baden, its usually good staf, as Scotty said
http://s
You can choice few courses, basic level.
PS.
Scotty, today is different, ABB Swiss and Sweden work now with one platform, Relion series.
Good Luck.
