When a section line does not extend all the way across a part SE (V20) generates a line across the edge of the section, as if it was the edge of the part. Is there a way to get rid of this line (other than hiding the edge)?
Similarly, when you create a stepped section, lines are generated across the section at each step point. Is there also a way of getting rid of these?
I thought the second one was by setting "Show Edges Created By Cutting Plane Line Vertices" to off on the view properties > advanced tab, but it seems to make no difference. They are always created.

Where would we be without sat-nav?

Kenat,
Yes that's another way I've done it - re-size the view border.
