Feature supression in drawings

Feature supression in drawings

Is it possible to supress features on a part for or in one specific drawing?

For example: Think of a two piece mold that you want to make separate drawings for. First the plain blocks with screw holes so they can be bolted together, then a "assembly" drawing with the cavity.

Obviously if you supress in the model, it effects all drawings. Is there a way around this?

Thanks.

Scott

I guess I should have mentioned this is Inventor, and not Mechanical Desktop. You'll have to excuse me too in that I'm a SW guy... only been using Inventor for a few months now.
