How to convert old server-id number into soldto number.

How to convert old server-id number into soldto number.

How to convert old server-id number into soldto number.

(OP)
Hi all, I have an old NX (UGS/EDS) license (v16), in the header there is the serverid, not the soldto. When the new soldto numbers appeared, there was an excel spreadsheet to convert that old numbers into the new ones soldto numbers.

Do you know how to convert an old serverid number into the new one soldto? I can't find that spreadsheet I had long time ago.

Thanks
Frank.

RE: How to convert old server-id number into soldto number.

Have you tried calling GTAC and having them help you identify your soldto ID?

Yes, it is the first I have done.

I told them about that spreadsheet, but, they don't remember it. (So young to remember that?)

I have lost that spreadsheet, which it is only two cells, one where you key the old number and the other one with a expression where you get the new number.

Do you remember that?

Regards
Frank.

That's not quite what I meant.  I meant that if YOU were having problems identifying YOUR soldto ID that GTAC should be able to help you get that information for you.

As for the so-called 'spreadsheet', I can't say that I do recall having ever heard of it.
