RE: PSV Costs - Rough Guide ?
As for all technical products: a rough estimate of a price can not be trimmed down to 'acceptable acuracy' if you do not either wish to be far more specific or accept a 1:10 factor as accurate eneough.
Sizes and pressure class would help, but a lot of other factors will influence the price (certifications and test required, materials for valves and trim, type of PSV (spring operated, lifting construction, pilot operated, capacity (not pipesize) will determin PSV- size, quality, local market and pricing, one or twenty pcs etc. etc.
Advice: ask a vendor. I have often given pre-prices, without binding as project calculation prices, based on our own products and bound to the technical details given from our and customers side.

Bronze, Threaded PRVs will run you $200 to $800 approx.
Steel (SS Trim) Threaded PRVs will run $500 to $1200 approx.
Steel (SS Trim) Flanged PRVs will range from $2000 to $15000 depending on inlet size. Accessories (Packed Lever, Bellows, Kalrez O-Rings, etc) will up price significantly. Special Materials (All SS, Hasteloy, Monel, etc) will be up charge
Pilot Operated Valves will run more in the smaller sizes.

If you cannot be bothered to seek prices from Vendors then all you can do really is stick your finger in the air and guess a cost. As others have said it depends on sizes/ratings/flow requirements and accessories. Also for SS the fluctuation is material prices. Rough costs - anywhere between £500 and £12000. Hope that close enough!!!
