Air operated Diaphragm pumps

Air operated Diaphragm pumps

(OP)
Is API 675 is applicable for Air operated diaphragm pumps which are used for transferring chemicals. (Capacity 7 m3/hr and discharge pressure 2 bar). If API 675 is not applicable then which standard would be applicable".

 Thanks to clarify

RE: Air operated Diaphragm pumps

You can use API 675 for the AOD pump wet end part if you want. But basically API 675 does not cover AOD pumps because AOD pumps are no "controlled volume" pumps and they do not have a real drive as it is described in API 675. I'm not aware of  specific API standard which covers AOD pumps.
