multi-line leader - grip ?

(OP)
Gents,
The cad peeps are asking about a multi-line leader program. They like to whine about having to add additional text to the existing leader. I welcome any advise as to how I can help out these poor souls. I was thinking along the lines of a grip program, or is there some examples of grip out there some where that I could see and maybe expand on.
I have included a screenshot of what they are looking for.
Thanks...
