CAn someone help me out with the addition of an exhaust hood in HAP?

RE: adding exhaust hood in HAP

Here's how I manage.

1) identify the air system that services the space the hood is in.
2) identify the zone of that air system that services the space the hood is in.
3) Pull up the air system properties for the air system identified
4) Select the zone components tab at the top of the screen
5) Select the thermostats section at the right of the screen
6) Right under where it says "Thermostat and Zone Data", select the zone that contains the hood.
7) A few rows down, you'll see a line that says "Direct Exhaust Airflow".  Put your hood CFM here.
8) Below that, you should have a space to enter the hood fan power draw.

Now, the program should add the proper amount of OA to the unit analysis and the electrical draw of the hood fan should be accounted for.

I am unsure of whether or not the heat output of the fan is accounted for, but since it's exhausting, it probably is moot anyway.

5) Select the thermostats section at the left of the screen

Right, left, it's all the same!
