TRUCK LOAD SURCHARGE FOR WALL

TRUCK LOAD SURCHARGE FOR WALL

TRUCK LOAD SURCHARGE FOR WALL

(OP)
What will be the appropriate surcharge load in PSF for H20 truck load for the design of retaining wall.

RE: TRUCK LOAD SURCHARGE FOR WALL

AASHTO uses additional height of fill; they don't distinguish any loading for speciifc truck. The Standard specs call for a 2' surcharge. The  LRFD specs base the surcharge on the height of the wall.

RE: TRUCK LOAD SURCHARGE FOR WALL
