I have the following information from an old drawings on the relay that I can't verify. I am using CYME and trying to locate the raly in their database.
FAB: FPE TYPE: 50-H2
Unit: PA Inom:1600A
LTPU: 80%
LTD: Medim
Inst:5X(8000A)

Does anybody know what relay I should choose?

RE: Relay type

Is this a low voltage breaker trip unit?

FPE is generally Federal Pacific.

Yes, this is a low voltage breaker from federal pioneer.
I am wondering if anybody has more info on PA as a trip unit

RE: Relay type

I believe this is an old oil dashpot equipped breaker.  These are obsolete nowadays and are typically replaced with new solid state relay and current sensors.

RE: Relay type

Type PA is an oil dashpot unit.  Let me know if you need the curves and I will post them for you.
