If your idea was to make your own and you wanted to know about design specifications, you need to purchase a copy of NEMA ICS (Industrial Control Systems) and UL845. You will find however that most likely it will not be worth your while to do it that way. Most of the above mfrs sell MCCs at a loss in order to get users to standardize on their components so they can get the aftermarket sales. New entries into that market have to contend with extremely low prices and find it a waste of time. ABB, who is second only to Siemens in size worldwide, abandoned their NEMA MCC efforts last year.

English is not limitation for me I try to learn it as much as I can as you can understand .
I worked for electrical panl boards a lot and design them max 52 ways I did .But I am trying to expand my experince in MCC as well but there is not much I found .In the feild of MCC there are certain needs for loads and there are certain specific designs which varies company to company .What I was thinking to compile these on one then upload here so that it could be helpful to anyone .
I had a chance to look at siemens and ABB they have fixed patterns for MCCs .
Any way My freq is 60 we use 220/127 :)

Nema panels under the National Electric Code or the Canadian Electrical Code are often multiples of 6 with a maximum of 42 ccts but there are exceptions especially for single phase panels.
